Bene is a yoga teacher from beautiful Padova, Italy, but spent ten years of her life in Asia before relocating to Munich. She fell in love with the empowering and calming properties of the practice and with the sense of community that it creates, and is grateful to share this gift with her students. She is a certified E-RYT 600 multi-style yoga teacher and forever student.

During her studies in the USA in the 90s Damaris came into contact with yoga for the first time and since then it has not let her go.&nbsp; Many yoga styles and teachers have accompanied her practice since then and inspired her until she was able to fulfill a personal dream in mid-2013 and complete her first own yoga teacher training in Mexico @ Yandara.&nbsp;An advanced yoga teacher training in India as well as many intensive workshops and further trainings have since rounded out her knowledge specifically in Yin Yoga, a style that inspires her with its gentle intensity and inward focus.
Finding peace and balance within oneself in order to face the challenges of everyday life with full strength and relaxed equanimity, as well as working on one's own behavioral patterns and ways of thinking, are the main focus of her classes. She encourages her students to find or resume communication on the body level and to discover the teacher and healer within themselves.

I am certain that yoga has saved my life on more than one occasion. Over the years there have been many ups and downs and through it all, yoga continues to support me &ndash; to be my strong-hold. Here it is just me &ndash; on the mat &ndash; nothing to prove.
In my personal practice and in my teaching I like to take a playful non-dogmatic approach to yoga. I realize that each day is different and that the yoga practice changes over time &ndash; that as individuals we each come to yoga with our own needs. With this in mind, one of my favorite parts of teaching is giving hands-on adjustments. In this way I have a better idea of what is going on in the class and of the needs of the individual students.
It has been my experience, that through awareness, change is possible. I believe that the internal work of yoga is more important that trying to fit into someone else&rsquo;s image to the &ldquo;perfect&rdquo; asana &ndash; that, indeed, there is no such thing as a &ldquo;perfect asana.&rdquo;
Like so many things in my life, I came to teaching yoga through the back door. In trying unsuccessfully to organize a yoga teacher for the Bavarian International School, one of my colleagues convinced me to teach the class myself. I will always be grateful to Jane for her encouragement and persistence in this. After discovering my passion for teaching yoga,&nbsp;I went on to study with Paul Dallaghan at <a href="http://www.centeredyoga.com/">Centered Yoga Institute</a> in Thailand with a focus in Ashtanga yoga and pranayama starting in 2007. In addition to my daily personal practice, over the years I have completed numerous yoga workshops and trainings.
When I am not on the mat, you will often find my spending time with one of my best teachers &ndash; my son, Paul, or simply snuggled up with a good book on the couch with our two cats. I also love to dance, to draw and to swim in salt water.

Helen discovered yoga in 2010 while seeking balance during her studies, and after exploring different styles, the&nbsp;yoga fever&nbsp;truly caught her in 2015. What began as a personal journey soon grew into a passion for sharing yoga&rsquo;s positive effects with others.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at&nbsp;Kale &amp; Cake&nbsp;in 2021 and continues to expand her expertise through advanced education, including Somatic Yin Yoga and sound bath practices.
Always curious and eager to learn, Helen is inspired by how yoga extends beyond the mat &mdash; fostering awareness, ease, and connection in everyday life.

The search for the connection between body, mind, and soul and the search for the &ldquo;true self&rdquo; has accompanied Hannah for a long time. A university course 15 years ago finally set the course for the beginning of her yoga journey. Through the ups and downs of the years, during many travels and changes of location, yoga has always been an element that accompanied her in her everyday life, sometimes more intensively, sometimes less, and always giving her strength and balance. Hannah completed a 723-hour Hatha yoga teacher training course as well as further training in Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga and is currently in the middle of her Hormone Yoga teacher training. In her yoga classes, she focuses on classic asanas and incorporates elements from different yoga styles. She wants to give her students not only the joy of asanas, muscle building, and relaxation, but also a connection with their own breathing and a conscious positive body awareness. Her classes are designed to provide a safe space of well-being for everyone, one that is genuine, authentic, and characterized by lightness. True to the motto &ldquo;Come as you are.&rdquo;

Olga is a mom, a doctor, a yogini. For her, the grounding power of yoga is the perfect balance to her colorful city life. On the mat she finds stillness and comes back to herself. Yoga is simple, available at any time, there for everyone. Taking this approach to yoga to the world, sharing her enthusiasm with others and empowering them with it was the main motivation to start teaching.
Olga's classes are clearly structured &amp; creative. The focus is on correct alignment. She is inspired by different yoga styles, also non-yoga elements are used and the mental aspects, the "yoga beyond the asana" is not neglected.
In yoga you learn to know your own body better and better, to listen to it and to recognize it for what it is - a true miracle. In the class you will be met with attention, authenticity &amp; warmth. Everyone is welcome and will be picked up where he/she is. Everything you need is already there.

Sandra attended her first yoga class in 2009 when she was looking for a balance to the challenges of being an architect. Even today she remembers how balanced she felt afterwards and how well she slept the following night.
Since then, yoga has always helped her to find her center. Many years of practice followed here and there, in Nepal, in India, in Bali, in her father's garden in Colombia, always for herself without claiming to achieve or be anything.
If you are looking for undogmatic, body-friendly yoga classes, Sandra is the right place for you. Sandra gives Hatha classes and also undogmatic, gentle Vinyasa classes with challenges but also time to practice in your breath.
When she couldn't pursue her passion of traveling in 2020, she dedicated her time to her second passion of yoga and invested her time in a 200 hr Hatha Flow training. And then completed a 300 hr Vinyasa, Liquid Flow training with Simon Park, Klara Puski and Susan Michel.
For Sandra, yoga is connection with self, body and mind, lots of breathing, philosophy and joy. The best thing about it: Everyone is allowed to come exactly as you are.

Lilli is a RYT500 qualified Yoga teacher and future Yoga therapist.&nbsp; She completed her training with Tamsin Sheehy at The Shala in CapeTown, therefore her classes are held in German as well as English.&nbsp; Lilli's interest lies in Yoga as a tool for somatic processing, healing and repair on all levels of Self. Her signature class usually entails a slow paced Vinyasa flow with detailed cues. Lilli pays particular attention to breath awareness as well as a safe opening of the body and mind. With her teachings she encourages the cultivation of loving and curious presence, moment to moment.

Lillie

Muriel is a trained vinyasa and yin yoga teacher. In her Vinyasa classes, you can expect a calm flow that gives you time to connect breathing and movement and find a state of flowing meditation.
Her Yin classes invite you to fully enjoy every single position, to consciously feel and direct your breathing and energy in your body and to calm your body and mind.
Through her further training in sound therapy and bhakti yoga, Muriel likes to use singing bowls, gong etc. in her classes to help you find deeper relaxation.

Pauline started her yoga journey when she was a child but it's only after years of practicing other sports, such as dance and figure skating, that she came back to a yoga practice to overcome back issues and stress. She fell in love with the mindfulness and calming effect, as well as the overall well-being and benefits that yoga brings into one's life.
She started her practice with Hatha yoga but turned toward Ashtanga while completing her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training with Rebecca van Sciver at YogaBee in 2023. Eager to deepen her practice and to learn even more, she is currently completing the advanced yoga teacher training (300 hours) with Rebecca.&nbsp;
Pauline teaches a non-dogmatic and fun practice inspired by Ashtanga, always combining it with mindfulness and meditation to help bringing the focus toward the breath and the body. She ensures that all levels are welcome through a various offer of options and use of props.

Yoga doesn't just take place on the mat, but can also be practiced in other everyday situations. This is exactly what Jule teaches in her classes. To be a real yogi, you don't have to practise asanas every day, but rather invite mindfulness, gratitude and acceptance into your life. In addition to practicing asanas, Jule's classes offer impulses on how to invite more calm and serenity into your life in order to take a short break from this very loud, wild world out there and take a deep breath.
Jule offers a space in which you are allowed to slow things down a little. With music, calm and gentle, conscious movements, she creates an atmosphere of relaxation and letting go. She completed her training in 2023 at Kale &amp; Cake with Sinan Diebold, Sophia Thora and Simon Park. This time was absolutely life-changing for her and it is precisely this passion that she would like to share with you in her classes.

Melike is a yoga teacher and psychologist who specializes in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She values mind-body interaction and holistic healing, believing that true well-being comes from cultivating balance between the physical and mental aspects of life. With a focus on using the body as a creative tool, she guides her students on a journey of self-exploration and inner wisdom, encouraging them to connect more deeply with their own experiences. Guided by the belief that yoga is an art form, Melike invites individuals to express themselves through mindful movement, creating a welcoming and supportive space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Her classes are designed to inspire a sense of balance, freedom, and harmony, both on and off the mat.

Born and raised in Italy, Micol and her Italian accent bring passion and energy to her classes.&nbsp; She started her yoga journey in 2010, and never looked back. In 2020 she decided to take the path as a teacher and since then she teaches online and in person.&nbsp; Micol is, and forever will be, a dedicated student who loves and appreciates the journey she is in and shares her knowledge and path with her students.&nbsp; She loves arm balances and inversions, as they show how strong your body and your mind are and they teach you to look at things from a different perspective.&nbsp; Her classes consist of a powerful Vinyasa flow, focused on alignment, strength and breath. She guides her students into challenging postures with ease, making them hold positions focusing on their breath and building strength.&nbsp; Her motto is "be in the moment and be grateful for the power of your body, mind and soul."&nbsp; Micol teaches in English.

Nika has been enjoying yoga since 2020. She became a mom in 2023 and through the experience of watching her own child grow up, she knows that she wants to pass on the yoga experience to children and families. She completed her 95-hour children's yoga training with Sanne Eichinger in Munich in 2024.
 In Nika's classes, the children learn to implement yoga exercises in a creative and playful way. The children gain experience with different topics and learn holistically through movement. What Nika particularly likes about the family yoga classes is that you can consciously take time for each other. Fun comes first in her classes.

Yoga has been an anchor in Mikayla&rsquo;s life since 2019, when a friend gifted her a membership to a local studio in Vancouver, Canada. She quickly fell in love with the practice, and continues to appreciate how yoga offers a safe space for self-discovery and growth. Through life&rsquo;s different seasons and ups and downs, yoga returns us to ourselves, the body, and the present moment.
Mikayla went on to complete her 200-hour training in 2022 with Gayatri Yoga School in Tenerife, Spain and considers herself a passionate student. Recently, she spent time practicing in India with different teachers and styles, including classical Sivananda, ashtanga, and creative embodiment yoga.
Mikayla&rsquo;s Yin classes are a calming space where you can slow down and quiet the mind, connecting with yourself, your emotions, and the body through conscious breathing and meditative movements. This contemplative practice helps one relax, release, and let go.

Mikayla

Christine has been an enthusiastic dancer since childhood, practicing intensively and passionately until the age of 20. Her studies in media sciences took her to Munich in 1992, where she worked in the television industry for the following years. After a personal tragedy, she came to yoga eight years ago with the hope of reducing stress in her own life. Even in her first yoga class, she had the feeling of &ldquo;back to the roots&rdquo; and, despite initial inner resistance to all relaxation techniques, she sensed that there was more to yoga than that. Reconnecting with the heart, with one's own self, with the help of the breath, and experiencing it again and again. Learning to know and accept one's own limits and to explore and observe one's personal thoughts and the feelings that result from them.
But it didn't stop there:
Despite her initial doubts, she realized that yoga was to be her future path. Wanting to pass on what she had learned, she began training as a yoga teacher in 2011 with Albert Dennenwaldt, in the tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, Sri T.K.V. Desikachar, and R. Sriram in traditional Hatha Yoga.

Christine

Lea discovered yoga during her career in professional contemporary dance in London. Initially, it was &ldquo;just&rdquo; a way to balance out her intensive physical training, but it soon became much more for her: meditation in motion, a place of power where she can always find herself again, center herself, and clear her mind. After several years as a professional dancer, her path led her to Mysuru, India, where she completed her 200-hour Ashtanga training. Since then, yoga has become not just a practice for her, but a way of life &ndash; a loving approach to herself that carries her through life and reminds her that we are all &ldquo;eternal students.&rdquo; In Lea's classes, dynamic, strengthening sequences meet playful physical challenges &ndash; where your muscles are allowed to burn! &ndash; embedded in a steady rhythm, rounded off with gentleness and relaxation. Her Ashtanga-inspired classes invite you to come with childlike curiosity and an open heart, ready to have fun, connect, feel, breathe, let go &ndash; and arrive fully in yourself. Lea is convinced that when we take good care of ourselves, we can also treat the world with more kindness and peace. Yoga reminds her of this again and again &ndash; and it is precisely this attitude to life that she wants to pass on.

Since Carina moved to Munich in 2015, Pilates has been an integral part of her life. Carina began her training as a Pilates instructor in 2024 at the Basi Studio Pasing, where she took her first classes. For Carina, Pilates is more than just exercise&mdash;it is a passion that brings her joy, lightness, and strength. Carina wants to share this enthusiasm with you. She attaches great importance to the safe and precise execution of the exercises in order to promote body awareness and sustainable progress. She wants to create her classes together with you: motivating, mindful, and full of positive energy.

Carina

Natalie first discovered yoga many years ago during a surfing camp that lasted several weeks. It was a time filled with connection, mindfulness, and inner expansiveness that had a lasting impact on her. This experience opened the door to a more mindful body awareness and became the starting point for her current work.
Her personal experience and deep interest in women's health complement her learned practice and give her offerings a well-founded, holistic depth. In this way, she combines physical experience, emotional support, and scientific understanding.
Natalie supports women in developing a loving relationship with their bodies, finding more peace and relaxation, and strengthening their trust in their own inner voice. She combines yoga, gentle bodywork, meditation, breathing techniques, and understandable insights into the female body. Her focus is not on performance or perfection, but on perceiving one's own rhythm and cultivating a mindful approach to one's own body.
In her classes, Natalie creates a calm, protected atmosphere. She values clear instruction, mindful movements, and enough space for each woman to arrive at her own pace. Everyone is allowed to be exactly as they are.

It was during my time in Moscow where I first started to practice yoga on a regular basis. After many years of dance and ballet, I was immediately attracted to yoga and the sense of tranquility it gave me. With time, however, I learned that yoga is really less about physical flexibility and much more about being present with the breath and mindful of the arising thoughts.
