Dora
For Dora, yoga isn’t about perfection—it’s a warm invitation to step onto the mat exactly as you feel that day. She began her own yoga journey over ten years ago during a challenging phase of her life, using it as an anchor to which she has returned time and again ever since. Especially over the last six years, yoga has become a constant and faithful companion in her daily life.
Her journey as a yoga teacher finally began quite unexpectedly in 2024: A major career change suddenly gave her the space and time to tune into herself and pursue her long-held desire to train as a yoga teacher. After an inspiring nudge from her yoga community, she successfully completed her 200-hour teacher training in November 2024 and has been sharing her enthusiasm ever since in Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes.
In Dora’s classes, there’s no pressure to perform. If you need an extra break in Child’s Pose after a stressful day, that’s just as valuable to her as a powerful Vinyasa flow. With great sensitivity, she creates a cozy, feel-good space where you can wonderfully slow down, strengthen your connection to yourself, and leave the mat feeling a little more grounded and present.
