Our Teacher Training Program

YogaBee 200-Hour Teacher Training
The training is conducted in English - the number of participants is limited to a maximum of 12. The next 200-hour yoga training begins in March 2026.

Yin Yoga Teacher Training
“We don't use the body to get into the yoga posture, we use the yoga posture to get into the body!” Bernie Clark in Yin Yoga
Our goals
Deeper immersion in yoga practice
Practicing yoga in the context of yoga philosophy and psychology
To help you build your own practice
To use the knowledge and growth gained in your own yoga practice to teach others
In our teacher training / advanced training we not only practice the physical aspects of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga (asana), but also a variety of yogic techniques such as mindfulness, breath work (pranayama), meditation and chanting mantras. We study anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and neuroplasticity in relation to yoga practice. Through self-reflection and the study of yoga texts, philosophy and psychology, we begin to integrate yoga practice into daily life. In addition, we explore best practices related to teaching yoga: sequencing, pacing, classroom environment and management, and the use of cueing - verbal, visual and hands-on assists.
Our courses are certified by the YogaAlliance. The number of places is limited. The 200 and 300 hour courses are held in English. Further explanations are possible in German.
Our teachers

Rebecca
I am certain that yoga has saved my life on more than one occasion. Over the years there have been many ups and downs and through it all, yoga continues to support me – to be my strong-hold. Here it is just me – on the mat – nothing to prove.

Olga
Olga is a mom, a doctor, a yogini. For her, the grounding power of yoga is the perfect balance to her colorful city life. On the mat she finds stillness and comes back to herself. Yoga is simple, available at any time, there for everyone. Taking this approach to yoga to the world, sharing her enthusiasm with others and empowering them with it was the main motivation to start teaching.

Damaris
During her studies in the USA in the 90s Damaris came into contact with yoga for the first time and since then it has not let her go.
Many yoga styles and teachers have accompanied her practice since then and inspired her until she was able to fulfill a personal dream in mid-2013 and complete her first own yoga teacher training in Mexico @ Yandara. An advanced yoga teacher training in India as well as many intensive workshops and further trainings have since rounded out her knowledge specifically in Yin Yoga, a style that inspires her with its gentle intensity and inward focus.
