Why yin yoga?
Yin yoga practice goes deep and can touch you on a physical, mental and spiritual level if you allow it to.
It can help you to gain insights, recognize patterns of behaviour and ways of thinking and to relax and heal at the deepest cellular level.
You follow your own individual path, learn to be the observer, to be in the here and now and to accept your practice as it is in every moment - without judgment.
What to expect:
In our YogaBee Yin Yoga training (50 hours, Yoga Alliance Certified) we focus on all 3 levels - body, mind and soul. We look at the philosophy from different perspectives and examine the practice in depth.
You will gain a lot of practical experience in the classes together and acquire the skills to accompany and guide others in this wonderful style of yoga.
This course takes place in German.

Anatomical and physiological principles of Yin Yoga and fascial connections
Understanding and announcing Yin Yoga postures and alternative positions for restrictions
Use of aids
TCM reference: meridians & elements
Structure of Yin Yoga sequences and classes
Breathing & mindfulness in Yin practice
Relaxation and meditation techniques
Lots of practice to experience and practice to teach
External and internal setting for the Yin practice (room climate, language, voice, music, silence, holding space, touch)
