Ruth is a yoga teacher, business psychologist, and systemic coach. In her classes, she weaves a mindful, flowing yoga practice with a deep sensitivity to body, mind, and individual needs. Her teaching is rooted in Hatha Flow with conscious breathing, and clear, supportive alignment. She is also certified in Yoga Therapy and Yin Yoga. Ruth creates spaces where arriving, letting go, and recharging become possible. Her classes invite students to move out of the mind and into the body, find inner balance, and return to daily life feeling grounded and energized.
