Pauline

Pauline started her yoga journey when she was a child but it's only after years of practicing other sports, such as dance and figure skating, that she came back to a yoga practice to overcome back issues and stress. She fell in love with the mindfulness and calming effect, as well as the overall well-being and benefits that yoga brings into one's life.

She started her practice with Hatha yoga but turned toward Ashtanga while completing her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training with Rebecca van Sciver at YogaBee in 2023. Eager to deepen her practice and to learn even more, she is currently completing the advanced yoga teacher training (300 hours) with Rebecca. 

Pauline teaches a non-dogmatic and fun practice inspired by Ashtanga, always combining it with mindfulness and meditation to help bringing the focus toward the breath and the body. She ensures that all levels are welcome through a various offer of options and use of props.
