
Hannah
The search for the connection between body, mind, and soul and the search for the “true self” has accompanied Hannah for a long time. A university course 15 years ago finally set the course for the beginning of her yoga journey. Through the ups and downs of the years, during many travels and changes of location, yoga has always been an element that accompanied her in her everyday life, sometimes more intensively, sometimes less, and always giving her strength and balance. Hannah completed a 723-hour Hatha yoga teacher training course as well as further training in Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga and is currently in the middle of her Hormone Yoga teacher training. In her yoga classes, she focuses on classic asanas and incorporates elements from different yoga styles. She wants to give her students not only the joy of asanas, muscle building, and relaxation, but also a connection with their own breathing and a conscious positive body awareness. Her classes are designed to provide a safe space of well-being for everyone, one that is genuine, authentic, and characterized by lightness. True to the motto “Come as you are.”
