From Stress to Stillness

From Stress to Stillness is a gentle, embodied workshop designed to help you release accumulated tension and reconnect with a sense of calm.
We will begin with simple, accessible asanas to activate the body and discharge stress, followed by grounding and soothing practices such as breathwork, gentle shaking, and nervous- system regulation techniques, all based on yoga therapy.


The workshop gradually guides you from activation into deep rest, supporting both body and mind;


No prior experience is needed - everyone is welcome !


This workshop is suitable for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset.
