Rocket Yoga Master Class – in English
Rocket is a fun, fast-paced, dynamic flow based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. This two-hour class will give us the time to work through the sequence and break down some of the key inversions, such as bakasana, pincha and headstand. We will also go back to basics regarding sun salutations and vinyasas. Not suitable for beginners.
Yoga bio
Daisy is half English, half Italian and has been teaching in Munich for the last seven years. She was first introduced to the world of yoga whilst studying in Manchester (UK) in 2010 where she enrolled on a ten-week Ashtanga course. Even this short time brought about changes in her body and mind that sparked her curiosity and led her to continue exploring the
path of yoga. Experiencing yoga's many benefits is what inspires her to want to share what she learns with others. Her aim is to provide a space for exploration and an opportunity for growth no matter background or current circumstances.

Yoga and positive emotions
In this workshop, we combine yoga with elements of positive psychology to access empowering emotions through movement and embodiment. Through thematic asana sequences, breathing exercises, and short reflections, we explore how postures influence feelings—and how we can consciously cultivate positive emotions.
