Workshop
Saturday 28. February 2026 · 13:30–16:30 h
Release – Let go of your pelvic floor tension
In this approximately three-hour workshop, I will provide you with proven exercises to strengthen your awareness of your pelvic floor independently and to specifically support this central area of your body during relaxation. Contrary to the belief that the pelvic floor only needs to be strengthened, relaxation and thus maintaining flexibility is also an essential part of pelvic floor functionality.
You will experience relieving yoga exercises, relaxation techniques, and self-massage techniques that can help you do something good for your pelvic area during challenging phases. Your pelvic floor often carries emotional burdens or tensions due to physical stress in everyday life. Book your workshop and embark on a journey to release physical and emotional tensions.
What you can expect
In my courses and workshops, I place particular emphasis on supporting the individuality of the participants and offering targeted assistance. You can look forward to the following:
· Gentle but effective exercises to relax the pelvic area
· Massage techniques and hand movements that you can use on your own after the workshop (don't worry, the techniques can be performed completely over clothing!)
· Breathing techniques that can help you with awareness and relaxation
· Guided meditation in the pelvic and lower abdominal area
· Space for exchange and questions—together we create space for your needs
This workshop is particularly exciting for you if you are familiar with the feeling of tension in your lower abdomen and want to support your relaxation.
Conscious access to the pelvic floor can also help with issues such as endometriosis, changes related to menopause, or a desire for more self-efficacy in dealing with menstrual cramps.
You are invited to experience your body more lovingly and clearly in a safe environment, with more understanding, connection, and inner grounding.
I look forward to seeing you!
Yours, Natalie

Info: The workshop is not specifically aimed at pregnant women. However, it can be very beneficial if, for example, you carry your toddler a lot. If you are pregnant, please contact the Yogabee Studio or me (hello@jalanari.com) in advance. We can then discuss whether participation is appropriate for you and whether certain exercises should be adapted.
