New classes at YogaBee

We are happy to offer you several new classes at YogaBee:
Morning Vinyasa Flow with Silke – Sundays from 8:45-9:45 h
In this Vinyasa yoga class, you can harmonize your breath and movement and find your balance. It’s the perfect way to start your day on a positive and mindful note. The class combines dynamic yoga sequences with gentle poses and breathing exercises. Coordinating your breath and movement helps you ground yourself in the present moment. This promotes mindfulness, strength, balance, and inner peace.
Dynamic Yoga Lunch with Cristina (EN) – Mondays from 12:00-13:00 h
While Surbhi is taking some time off, Cristina will be teaching a new Dynamic Yoga lunch class on Mondays. As a dedicated, lifelong student, she loves practicing Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga to build strength, improve focus, and calm the mind. Her goal as a teacher is to share the benefits of yoga for the body and mind with her students. Cristina teaches in English.
Flow & Nafas with Afsaneh (EN/Persian) – Wednesdays from 12:00-13:15 h
“Flow & Nafas” is a 75-minute bilingual yoga class: English provides structure and reassurance, while Persian conveys more emotion and depth.
Flow → Movement, warmth, rhythm (instructions in English)
Nafas (نفس) → Breath, mindfulness, gentleness (instructions in Persian)
This class is currently offered on a donation basis for “Doctors Without Borders.” The recommended donation per class is 10-15 €. Please register in advance via Eversports.

Attend 9 Early Bird yoga classes until the end of June and receive an extra class from us for free. Please pick up your participation card at YogaBee and be sure to show it to the teacher during your check in for each class. Eligible classes are:

Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher Training – Early Bird Booking until 15. May 2026
This training course is designed for yoga teachers and anyone interested in exploring how yoga can support the healing process for those dealing with trauma. Many people experience trauma at some point in their lives, which can have a profound impact on both the body and the mind.
Yoga, in combination with asanas and pranayama, offers valuable support for these individuals. Numerous studies also confirm the positive effects of yoga on mental health conditions.
