Immerse yourself in a sonorous experience that combines the gentle stillness of autumn with the transformative power of the earth element. This Yin & Yang workshop invites you to strengthen your inner center through movement and sound.
The long held postures of Yin Yoga deeply address the energy pathways of the stomach and spleen meridians, while Inga's massaging mantras accompany you on an inner journey. We awaken our life energy with a dynamic Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), accompanied by the grounding power of the drum and Inga's heart-opening chant. Afterwards, a powerful Yang sequence leads us into movement and strength.
Conscious breathing and nourishing meditations create a space for inner contemplation. A shared mantra at the end of the workshop allows the sounds and the experience of the earth element to resonate within us.
Let yourself be enchanted by this unique experience in which sound and yoga merge into a harmonious unity.

Yoga and positive emotions
In this workshop, we combine yoga with elements of positive psychology to access empowering emotions through movement and embodiment. Through thematic asana sequences, breathing exercises, and short reflections, we explore how postures influence feelings—and how we can consciously cultivate positive emotions.

This yoga class is aimed at children aged 4 to 6 without their parents. Here, children learn about yoga in a playful and entertaining way. Starting on Thursday, February 26, your child can attend the course as an 8-week course or as individual lessons. (No class during the school holidays.) A trial lesson is possible. The number of participants is limited – please reserve a place for your child in advance.
