Rooted - Your pelvic floor and the inner connection

In this approximately three-hour workshop, you will immerse yourself in the perception of your pelvic floor and learn to feel and understand this central area of your body more consciously.
You will experience gentle yoga exercises, activation and relaxation techniques, and mindful perception work that can help you to perceive the connection between your pelvic area, breathing, and core more clearly. Your pelvic floor not only supports your pelvic organs, but also stores many emotions and tensions. Book your workshop and learn to draw physical and emotional strength from your center.
What to expect
In my courses and workshops, I place particular emphasis on supporting the individuality of the participants and offering targeted assistance. You can look forward to the following:
- Gentle but scientific anatomical orientation and perception exercises
- Yoga sequences to support strength, elasticity, and relaxation in the pelvic floor
- Breathing techniques that can regulate you and refine your perception
- Guided meditation in the pelvic and lower abdominal area to integrate the new perception
- Space for discussion and questions; together we will create space for your needs
This workshop is particularly exciting for you if you want to focus more intensively on your pelvic floor. Whether out of personal interest or because you are noticing changes in your body, everything has its place here.
A conscious approach to the pelvic floor can also help with issues such as endometriosis, tension in the lower abdomen, changes associated with menopause, or a desire for more stability in the core.
You are invited to experience your body more lovingly and clearly in a safe environment, with greater understanding, connection, and inner grounding.
I look forward to seeing you!
Yours, Natalie

Upside Down: Inversions
Ready to turn your world upside down—safely and with confidence?
This inversion workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re stepping upside down for the first time or looking to progress and refine your existing practice. Micol will guide you through a safe, supportive and encouraging space where she will break down the mechanics of inversions, help you building intelligent strength, and learn how to work with the fear of falling rather than against it.
Together, we’ll explore Śīrṣāsana (Headstand) in different variations, Pincha Mayūrāsana (Forearm Stand), and Adho Mukha Vṛkṣāsana (Handstand)—with clear progressions, alignment cues, and practical tools you can take into your regular practice.
The practice of being upside down offers powerful benefits: it builds full-body strength (especially shoulders, arms, and core), improves balance and body awareness, enhances shoulder stability, sharpens focus, and boosts confidence—on and off the mat.
This workshop is about creating a strong, sustainable inversion practice that feels empowering, playful, and grounded, helping you trust your body as you learn to see the world from a new perspective.
