Next, we'll guide you through a powerful life audit to uncover limiting beliefs and set intentions (not resolutions—because those don't last). You'll learn how to rewire your thought patterns and release the excuses and self-doubt that keep you stuck. Using EFT Tapping, we'll ground your energy, release emotional blocks, and help you reclaim your power.
You'll leave with a comprehensive booklet you can use over and over again to continue healing, rewiring your beliefs, and showing up powerfully for yourself throughout the year.

Yoga and positive emotions
In this workshop, we combine yoga with elements of positive psychology to access empowering emotions through movement and embodiment. Through thematic asana sequences, breathing exercises, and short reflections, we explore how postures influence feelings—and how we can consciously cultivate positive emotions.
