As we approach the end of the year, take this time to reflect – letting go and making space for something new.  In these 90 minutes of restorative yoga, pranayama (breath-work) and meditation we will let go of the old to make space and to welcome the new year. All Levels welcome.

Yoga & Journaling

Another year is coming to an end, and with that comes the start to a new chapter!

In this workshop, we’ll turn the page into 2026 with a combination of meditation, gentle yoga practice, and guided journaling exercises.

Just like a yoga mat, the pages of a journal are a space for exploring, letting go, and tuning in to your unique inner wisdom. Combining yoga with journaling is a powerful way to come fully into the present moment and find clarity through movement and reflection.

With the journaling prompts, we’ll reflect on meaningful moments, celebrate growth, and set intentions for the year ahead.

Please bring your journal or paper and a pen.

All levels welcome. Workshop in English.  Places are limited – please reserve your place in advance. 39 €
