Surbhi

Surbhi began her yoga journey seeking relief from physical pain, and it soon evolved into a transformative way of life. Yoga has given her a deeper perspective and has become part of her daily practice through the principles of Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation.

Surbhi is a certified Sound Healer, and has trained in Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga. Surbhi's own healing experience inspires her to support others through yoga, sound, and mindful breathing.

Surbhi loves teaching a balanced blend of asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Her guiding intention is to help others move freely, breathe consciously and live happily.
