Natalie first discovered yoga many years ago during a surfing camp that lasted several weeks. It was a time filled with connection, mindfulness, and inner expansiveness that had a lasting impact on her. This experience opened the door to a more mindful body awareness and became the starting point for her current work.

Her personal experience and deep interest in women's health complement her learned practice and give her offerings a well-founded, holistic depth. In this way, she combines physical experience, emotional support, and scientific understanding.

Natalie supports women in developing a loving relationship with their bodies, finding more peace and relaxation, and strengthening their trust in their own inner voice. She combines yoga, gentle bodywork, meditation, breathing techniques, and understandable insights into the female body. Her focus is not on performance or perfection, but on perceiving one's own rhythm and cultivating a mindful approach to one's own body.

In her classes, Natalie creates a calm, protected atmosphere. She values clear instruction, mindful movements, and enough space for each woman to arrive at her own pace. Everyone is allowed to be exactly as they are.
