
Micol
Born and raised in Italy, Micol and her Italian accent bring passion and energy to her classes. She started her yoga journey in 2010, and never looked back.
In 2020 she decided to take the path as a teacher and since then she teaches online and in person. Micol is, and forever will be, a dedicated student who loves and appreciates the journey she is in and shares her knowledge and path with her students. She loves arm balances and inversions, as they show how strong your body and your mind are and they teach you to look at things from a different perspective. Her classes consist of a powerful Vinyasa flow, focused on alignment, strength and breath. She guides her students into challenging postures with ease, making them hold positions focusing on their breath and building strength. Her motto is "be in the moment and be grateful for the power of your body, mind and soul." Micol teaches in English.
