Lea

Lea discovered yoga during her career in professional contemporary dance in London. Initially, it was “just” a way to balance out her intensive physical training, but it soon became much more for her: meditation in motion, a place of power where she can always find herself again, center herself, and clear her mind.
After several years as a professional dancer, her path led her to Mysuru, India, where she completed her 200-hour Ashtanga training. Since then, yoga has become not just a practice for her, but a way of life – a loving approach to herself that carries her through life and reminds her that we are all “eternal students.”
In Lea's classes, dynamic, strengthening sequences meet playful physical challenges – where your muscles are allowed to burn! – embedded in a steady rhythm, rounded off with gentleness and relaxation. Her Ashtanga-inspired classes invite you to come with childlike curiosity and an open heart, ready to have fun, connect, feel, breathe, let go – and arrive fully in yourself.
Lea is convinced that when we take good care of ourselves, we can also treat the world with more kindness and peace. Yoga reminds her of this again and again – and it is precisely this attitude to life that she wants to pass on.
