Yoga doesn't just take place on the mat, but can also be practiced in other everyday situations. This is exactly what Jule teaches in her classes. To be a real yogi, you don't have to practise asanas every day, but rather invite mindfulness, gratitude and acceptance into your life.
In addition to practicing asanas, Jule's classes offer impulses on how to invite more calm and serenity into your life in order to take a short break from this very loud, wild world out there and take a deep breath.
Jule offers a space in which you are allowed to slow things down a little. With music, calm and gentle, conscious movements, she creates an atmosphere of relaxation and letting go. She completed her training in 2023 at Kale & Cake with Sinan Diebold, Sophia Thora and Simon Park. This time was absolutely life-changing for her and it is precisely this passion that she would like to share with you in her classes.
