Family Yoga

Workshop

Sunday 20. September 2026 · 11:45-12:45 h

Family Yoga

For children ages 4-8 years, with an accompanying adult (parent or caregiver).

Experience a yoga class together. The course of the class is similar to a children's yoga class: the focus is on the children. Yoga is taught in a playful way by learning the first asanas with fun and imagination. We travel through the class with various themes and stories and do different partner and mindfulness exercises.

The class creates a conscious connection and mindful togetherness in the here and now.

Female Embodiment

Workshop

Saturday 10. October 2026 · 15:00–17:00 h

Female Embodiment

This workshop is an invitation to come back home to your body. Not through performance, but through awareness, softness, and connection.

The female body works in rhythms, not in pressure. It changes, responds sensitively, and carries an energy that is often overlooked in everyday life. In this space, you are invited to slow down, feel again, and reconnect with your own feminine energy. This is not a concept, it is a feeling in your body.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Workshop

Saturday 18. October · 14:00–16:00 h

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

By the time they reach adulthood, almost everyone has experienced a traumatic situation at least once. Unfortunately, some people have gone through such severe traumatic experiences that they affect their entire lives. These experiences are stored not only in their memories and mental well-being, but also in their bodies. Yoga offers a wide range of practices that, alongside psychotherapeutic treatments, can help foster greater stability, body awareness, improved breathing, and, as a result, an overall sense of well-being. In this workshop, you can experience for yourself how different exercises work. The workshop is suitable for those affected by trauma as well as for interested yoga teachers and therapists.
