Many thanks to everyone who attended the open air yoga class on Sunday 6. July in Bavaria Park.  Together we collected the first 60 € for Refugio.  Thank you!

Join us again next Sunday at 9 am for a class with Nika.

Sundays from 9:00-10:00 am in Bavaria Park.  Bring you mat – bring your friend – we look forward to seeing you there!  No prior yoga experience required.  The open air classes are good karma yoga – all proceeds go to Refugio!

Rocket Yoga Master Class – in English

Rocket is a fun, fast-paced, dynamic flow based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system. This two-hour class will give us the time to work through the sequence and break down some of the key inversions, such as bakasana, pincha and headstand. We will also go back to basics regarding sun salutations and vinyasas. Not suitable for beginners.

Yoga and positive emotions

In this workshop, we combine yoga with elements of positive psychology to access empowering emotions through movement and embodiment. Through thematic asana sequences, breathing exercises, and short reflections, we explore how postures influence feelings—and how we can consciously cultivate positive emotions.


Focus of the practice:
Love & self-love: Heart-opening and nourishing postures
Serenity: Grounding, calming sequences
Joy: Light, dynamic movements
Gratitude: Space-creating stretches & conscious breathing
Hope & pride: Uplifting, powerful asanas


Goals:
Greater emotional balance, inner strength, and consciously lived positive emotions.


Suitable for all levels – open to anyone who wants to discover yoga as a resource for well-being.
