Positive Aging Yoga Workshop

Whether we are 45, 60 or 70, at any age our bodies break down more and more from year to year - we age. But growing old and staying healthy for a long time is a privilege of our time. Nevertheless, we usually struggle with what no longer works and what changes. We try to defend ourselves against it, but only with moderate success. Ageing well means accepting the changes and looking on the bright side. Because our life experiences usually make us much more relaxed about life. But we also need to be aware of this.
Or as Brigitte Bardot said: “I am proud of my wrinkles, they are the life in my face”
If you also want to experience ageing as an enrichment, if you want to act from within and actively keep your body and mind healthy, then let this workshop inspire you.⠀⠀

Upside Down: Inversions
Ready to turn your world upside down—safely and with confidence?
This inversion workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re stepping upside down for the first time or looking to progress and refine your existing practice. Micol will guide you through a safe, supportive and encouraging space where she will break down the mechanics of inversions, help you building intelligent strength, and learn how to work with the fear of falling rather than against it.
Together, we’ll explore Śīrṣāsana (Headstand) in different variations, Pincha Mayūrāsana (Forearm Stand), and Adho Mukha Vṛkṣāsana (Handstand)—with clear progressions, alignment cues, and practical tools you can take into your regular practice.
The practice of being upside down offers powerful benefits: it builds full-body strength (especially shoulders, arms, and core), improves balance and body awareness, enhances shoulder stability, sharpens focus, and boosts confidence—on and off the mat.
This workshop is about creating a strong, sustainable inversion practice that feels empowering, playful, and grounded, helping you trust your body as you learn to see the world from a new perspective.
