Family Yoga

For children ages 4-8 years, with an accompanying adult (parent or caregiver
Experience a yoga class together. The course of the class is similar to a children's yoga class: the focus is on the children. Yoga is taught in a playful way by learning the first asanas with fun and imagination. We travel through the class with various themes and stories and do different partner and mindfulness exercises.
The class creates a conscious connection and mindful togetherness in the here and now.
Nika has been enjoying yoga since 2020. She became a mom in 2023 and through the experience of watching her own child grow up, she knows she wants to pass on the yoga experience to children and families. She completed her 95-hour children's yoga training with Sanne Eichinger in Munich in 2024.
In Nika's classes, the children learn to implement yoga exercises in a creative and playful way. The children gain experience with different topics and learn holistically through movement. What Nika particularly likes about the family yoga classes is that you can consciously take time for each other.
Fun comes first in her classes.
25 € for a child with an accompanying adult (parent or caregiver).

Upside Down: Inversions
Ready to turn your world upside down—safely and with confidence?
This inversion workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re stepping upside down for the first time or looking to progress and refine your existing practice. Micol will guide you through a safe, supportive and encouraging space where she will break down the mechanics of inversions, help you building intelligent strength, and learn how to work with the fear of falling rather than against it.
Together, we’ll explore Śīrṣāsana (Headstand) in different variations, Pincha Mayūrāsana (Forearm Stand), and Adho Mukha Vṛkṣāsana (Handstand)—with clear progressions, alignment cues, and practical tools you can take into your regular practice.
The practice of being upside down offers powerful benefits: it builds full-body strength (especially shoulders, arms, and core), improves balance and body awareness, enhances shoulder stability, sharpens focus, and boosts confidence—on and off the mat.
This workshop is about creating a strong, sustainable inversion practice that feels empowering, playful, and grounded, helping you trust your body as you learn to see the world from a new perspective.
