Two day Workshop with Rebecca

Saturday 9. February and Sunday 10. February 2019, from 13:30-16:00 h on each day

Have you been practicing yoga for some time now?  Or are you new to yoga?  Would you like to take your practice to the next level – to deepen and develop your practice?   Would you like to learn a yoga practice that you can also do at home or when traveling?  Then ashtanga mysore yoga is for you!

In this three hour workshop you will learn the basics of ashtanga yoga in mysore style.  We will look at the sun salutations and the first standing postures (asanas) and learn how to practice them independently in a flow.  Due to the nature of this style of yoga, individual needs (prior injuries, illnesses, etc) can be taken into consideration.  The teacher will work with both the group and with each individual to build your personal yoga practice.   At the end of the workshop, you should be able to confidently attend the regular mysore classes.
