Your Yoga-Time for a relaxed and powerful start in the week! This class is all about the essential Asanas (physical postures) and Pranayama (breathwork.)  We start and end with different meditation techniques. Everything will be explained within the flow of the class in detail  – from how to breathe to how to hold your toes. We will focus on the correct performance of the Asanas and the relaxation exercises. It’s all about strengthening your body and mind and letting go of inner tensions!
