Yoga Safari

Come along on our Yoga-Safari. We will grow like flowers, stand like mountains, fly like butterflies and hop like frogs.  We will practice yoga in a playful way.  Yoga helps to develop coordination and concentration, as well as flexibility and relaxation.

YogaBee – 7 years in Westend!

On Saturday 28. September YogaBee celebrated 7 years in Westend.  Over the years we have grown as a team and have been able to increase our schedule significantly from the original 10 classes a week first offered in September 2012.  Thank you so much for your support, for joining us on the mat, and for helping to make this possible.  Without you YogaBee would simply not be the place it is today.

Open Air Yoga 2019 – 1,345.40 € in Donations!

It is always amazing how quickly summer passes.  After 10 weeks of Open Air Yoga, we concluded the Open Air Yoga season on Sunday 8 September with a cosy class with Ruth in Bavaria Park.  Four brave Yoginis / Yogis were there – and we collected an additional 50 € in donations.  Thank you to everyone who participated.

Despite the weather this year, we collected a total of  1,345.40 € in donations for Refugio.  Thank you very much for your fabulous support. With your contribution we are able to support Refugio in its work with traumatized children and teenagers from refugee families.  Thank you!

Energy Balls in YogaBee

Starting in October there will be tasty Energy Balls in the studio during the first week of each month. They are homemade and consist only of natural ingredients. Each month the varieties vary to suit every taste. All are perfect after the yoga class as a small energy boost or simply as a sweet treat. We are looking forward to your feedback:)

Adjustment Clinic

Sunday 10. November 2019, 13:00-16:00 h

In this introductory Adjustment Clinic workshop we will use a variety of asanas from the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga to learn how to safely assist students through the use of hands-on adjustments. The workshop will be both theoretical and practical in nature, with plenty of time to practice the adjustments on each other, give feedback and participate in discussion.   While we will be using the Primary Series from the Ashtanga Yoga practice as the basis for this workshop, the principles and assists can also be used in any other from of Hatha yoga.
