Pranayama Workshop with Susanne

Our breathing is coming and going, always there, but mostly without our awareness. Even in the yoga practice we sometimes forget to feel our breath, the quality, the depth, … yes, we are going in and out of poses with our breath, but do you really feel your breath? And what is the difference between the breathing in a warrior or in down dog? Do we have control of our breathe? Do we want it?
Breathing directly influences the state of body and mind in ways that are not always visible on the surface. Your breath is the link between your body and mind. It can lead toward wellness and calmness. Wouldn’t it be good to know what’s going on?
In this workshop we will focus on the breath during a gentle the asana practice and as well as through pranayama practice (breath work). This will be the first in a series of short workshops with Susanne in the style of her former Friday class at YogaBee. The workshops will be taught in German.
